Our staff is waiting to meet with you as you are with them. There are many instances where other guests want the same time or appointments as you, and we cannot accommodate them due to our prior commitment to you. Therefore a credit card or gift card is required to guarantee these reservations.
Appointments & Cancellation
Reservations are needed for all spa services. Before your scheduled appointment, you will receive courtesy appointment reminders. A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required for all single services; 48-hour notice is required for multiple service and package reservations. Any rescheduling or cancellations that do not comply with our cancellation policy will result in charges up to the full value of services booked. Failure to show for scheduled appointments will result in full charge-no exceptions.
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled single services and 30 minutes before all package reservations. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service times may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value.
