By far the best maternity massage I’ve ever had!! My only regret is that I didn’t find Sandi at Renaissance sooner! Pricing is super reasonable and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!!

Rewriting my previous review. My wife had a good experience from the spa employees however, the front desk were not aware of they're own protocols and procedures. I had requested a specific pedicure with add-ons and they were not given. I also requested to leave a card on file as this was a surprise. I was assured everything was done right and even called the day b4 and was assured everything was right. The day of the front desk said I booked wrong and that they did not put cards on file. Later that day the owner called and apologized and promised to have those add-ons free of charge next time we show up. Im hoping to change this review to 5 stars after our next visit.

I first visited the Day Spa for Mother's Day 2021. My mom and I had such a wonderful experience getting to pamper ourselves with facials, massages and pedicures. I have since been back twice for massages from the incredible techs there. I won't recommend any other spa in town besides this one! Very affordable, everyone is so friendly. I come out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend!!

Was able to book a appointment one day before I needed it which was great. Some other places have two weeks waiting. Went in with a stiff neck and shoulder. And walked out feeling 100% better she was able to pin point why it was stiff and was able to work it out. I always have a great experience here.

I’ve never been to a spa or ever had a massage and this place is AMAZING! Massage made me feel so relaxed and stress free. Facial made my skin look so good and so soft. Mani/pedi was amazing and I have gotten so many compliments! Lunch was the best lunch I’ve had in awhile. Everyone was so nice! Definitely a good place to relax and unwind! You can’t beat 5 hours of pampering for their amazing price!

Absolutely Amazing place !!!!! Kaci is the best shes super friendly and knowledgeable on all the services she performed. Jesus is a great Masseuse . I'll definitely be coming back to this establishment. My skin feels amazing and I feel so relaxed after the massage.

Every time I visit Lubbock, my mom and I have a spa day at Renaissance. The full package for a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure is a fantastic price and the services are always top quality. We love putting on robes and slippers and being pampered by the fabulous staff. I would highly recommend this spa to everyone in and around Lubbock!

My favorite escape. Everyone I've ever encountered is professional and makes you comfortno matter what service you are getting. We've been going for years and never been disappointed. My son is even excited he is old enough to go now. Thank you for all you do, it makes a difference.

Went in for a Deep tissue massage. I couldn't be happier. I had such a bad headache for days and I left 1000 times better. Sylvia was amazing. She was strong enough to get this old girl back to feeling good. I love this place. They are always so nice and I never feel unwelcomed.

I was so impressed by this place! Everyone is very kind, friendly and professional. I got a massage here by Jesus and I know I won’t be going anywhere else! I never know which massage to pick because certain parts; neck shoulders and back require deep tissue whereas my legs and arms require lighter pressure. I also have fibromyalgia, which can be painful at random times, and he was great about listening to me if the pressure was too much or not enough. If you are looking for a fantastic massage, definitely go see Jesus at Renaissance! Thank you for the great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

We had the best pedicures here! I loved getting to be in my own room and have a heated neck wrap. It was the same price as the average pedicure but a much more relaxing experience.

Nikki does the absolute best facial you will ever get. She takes her time and educates you throughout your service. She also goes above and does a great back massage during the treatment. She is quiet and calm. I always leave feeling refreshed and glowing.

We just did the Paris Room retreat today, and we’re completely blown away by the value, the extravagance, and the quality of service we received today. We always come here for massages, but decided to go the extra mile for girl’s day. All of our beauticians were so professional and incredibly friendly, and the services provided truly made you feel like a VIP! We love Renaissance and will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I visited the spa yesterday for massages. The front desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming. I had a Swedish massage and he had a deep tissue massage. Laura performed both of our massages, and did an AMAZING job. We will definitely be back again soon!

My daughter and I booked a day here with lunch, facials and massages. The staff was fabulous. Very attentive and customer friendly to fit us in to spend the day together so our appointments coordinated. The services were great and were customized to what our individual needs were. A very comfortable, friendly and relaxing environment. I will definitely be back for more facials when I back to visit my daughters when I am in Lubbock. Thank you to all the staff for a great relaxing day!

I get fairly regularly massages due to chronic pain, and I discovered this place about a year ago. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m always willing to try new places. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve had an amazing massage. What gets me going back though, is the price. The prices are so reasonable for such good quality. It makes getting regular massages actually doable.

Renaissance exceeded my expectations. For a first time spa I couldn't be more pleased. The staff were extremely professional and nice. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by 3 employees and then immediatly taken to our room. All serivices that were provided to us were amazing. The massage and facial were my absolute favorite and did not dissappoint. Lunch was provided with the package we booked and it was nice and refreshing. I will definitely be booking another spa day here soon.

Me and my husband went in to get a couple's massage. I got franchesca and i have never had such a fantastic massage. She focused on what i told her was hurting but did not miss a spot. Even my toes and fingers got special treatment. By far the best massage i have ever gotten. I will 100%book with her again

I love this place so much! I had a massage with Laura today, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She applies great pressure and provides an overall amazing experience. I also had a mani/pedi a few weeks ago with Kristina who was super attentive to detail and also did a fabulous job! Will be back for sure!

I received an amazing massage from Laura Herrera and will certainly book with her again! It was right after the Renaissance European Spa re-opened after the virus pandemic and the entire staff was so kind, safe and accommodating! Laura asked me several questions before the massage and really made me feel at ease. I am calling her tomorrow to book another massage session and can't wait!

This is my second visit to Renaissance spa for massages! Laura did both massages. She made me feel at ease. She was helpful for my problem areas. She is thoughtful and listens to your requests, such as needing a lighter touch on certain areas or a more firm deeper tissue rub out. I highly recommend Laura for any massage they offer. Front desk was also very sweet and respectful! I love good customer service and this place has it!

I've been coming since 2015, and I have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed many services (pedicure, facial, manicure, massage) over the years. Laura was my massage therapist on my last visit, and I recommend her to anyone who wants a massage. She listens to you and accommodates all your needs or requests. I hope to be going back soon!

I live in Midland and for me personal its worth the drive to Renaissance European Spa to get a massage. I have been twice and both times has been a great experience. The staff is very friendly, polite and treat me like a Queen. Laura H listened to my problems areas and did an outstanding job working the knots out. Another reason why I like this Spa is the availability to get it. I can call last minute and they have always made sure to have a spot for me.

I have had other facials from a different place, but here they did amazing! The lady who did my face definitely paid attention to what needed to be done and helped me with some products that would help with my face! They are reasonably priced too! Totally recommend this place!

My mom and i did the all day treatment! Very well worth the $255 a person! We enjoyed every minute of it! The hour massage was great so relaxing then the hour facial with feet scrub and masque was so amazing my skin looks and feels great now! And finally the mani and pedi with the grilled chicken salads definitely were the cherry on top of a perfect day!

I have been here twice now and have gotten the "acne facial". My experience has been phenomenal here! The estheticians are well educated and the staff have always been so kind. I love Renaissance because of their efforts to incorporating all-natural products the best they can. I have definitely gotten more than expected both times I have been. This is an amazing place to come to relax, to feel rejuvenated, and to be treated well!

She made sure to ask me about the type of pressure I preferred for my massage. The massage helped release tension I had been holding in my neck & shoulders, and I am extremely grateful!

I was way over due for a day of pampering, so I scheduled a facial, a 90 minute massage, and a pedicure at the new location. From the time you walk in and see the front desk, the whole spa is amazing! You feel like you are actually in another city, every room is different and so beautiful. You can tell Rana put her heart and soul into this new location, and the staff is just as awesome. Each of my services was top notch, and I can't wait till my next day of pampering and total relaxation!

Love this place!! Front staff was so polite and very friendly. I never had a facial before and I was super nervous, but Magen Munoz was very good at letting me know what she was using on my face and giving me some suggestions on how to take care of my skin.I was so relaxed and my face felt so much better. It’s been almost three weeks since my facial and friends and family see the results! I highly recommend Megan! She is the sweetest. I’ll be booking my next facial soon

Used to love this place, but no so much lately. My loving wife had scheduled a massage for my father's day gift here. She payed with a gift card online for the appointment. I was unable to make my appointment and called to reschedule. The person was nice enough I guess on the phone, but was unable or unwilling to work with me. So my wife lost all the money she put on the card and I got no father's day gift. Thanks a lot Renaissance#usuck

Bought my husband a massage. He overslept and missed his appointment, they won’t let him reschedule or give us even half our money back. When I was booking the massage they only required a deposit but I wanted to just pay for it. I don’t understand how I wouldn’t get back the remaining amount after taking out the deposit. So 100 down the drain.

This was my first time to visit a spa and I was impressed, from the price range to the aesthetics. Magen Munoz did my Renaissance Facial (which I highly recommend to everyone) and she did an excellent job. I am super conservative about what I put on my very sensitive, acne prone skin, so it took a lot of trust to allow someone to apply treatment to my face. I like that Magen told me the ingredients she was going to use, before she applied them. She also explained why my skin breaks out in certain areas, what I should do to prevent sun spots, and other educational tips to help keep my skin healthy. The best part was that the ingredients she used were natural...no harsh chemicals for my skin to absorb. My face is the cleanest it has ever been, and many of the blackheads that would not go away, after many months of cleanses and washes, are no longer there. I fell asleep during the massage I was so relaxed. I walked away feeling like I got more than my moneys worth. I will definitely go back!

This was my first visit to Renaissance after learning about it on Trends and Friends. I had pedicures in the past at other places so thought that would be a good service to try. Wow! It was so much more enjoyable than my other pedicures and three weeks later my toes look as good as they did that day. What a treat!

My sister treated me to 90 minutes of the best massage I've had in ages. I've never splurged on a massage that long, but the stuff Bianca did to my feet and hands during that extra 30 minutes were worth the entire cost. I was visiting, so Renaissance won't be my regular place, but I will come again whenever I am in Lubbock long enough. I've had LOTS of massages. And Bianca tells me that all of the therapists at Renaissance are good, but I recommend Bianca, hands down. Thanks. I'll be back.

Last week, I had an early morning flight canceled and as I had already traveled to Lubbock, I decided to make the day of it in Lubbock. My sister and I called at 9 am and they were able to fit both of us in for a massage and mani/pedi at 10:00 am. It was such a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent from check in to check out. We will definitely be back!

I just got a 90 minute “renaissance massage”. The description states it’s a Swedish massage with an optional few minutes of deep tissue. This was the most painful massage I’ve ever received, it was not relaxing at all. BUT, the worst, most frustrating/annoying part of it, is she didn’t fulfill the whole 90 minutes. I arrived at my appointment 15-20 minutes early, but was not pulled back to the room until 3:01. We then discussed my likes/dislikes/areas of concerns. She left the room so I could undress and lie down. I checked my phone right before she came in and it was 3:07. I’d say by the time she started it had been at least another minute or two, but she ended the massage at 4:30 on the dot. So I got cheated out of at least 8 minutes. 8 minutes might seem minuscule to some, but when I’m paying for 90 minutes it’s because I want NINETY minutes. The reason for the 3 stars is because she was nice, their staff is nice, I’ve gone there for years, so all of this was extremely disappointing.

If you want a clean friendly spa for a great facial and massage this is definitely the place to go. Everyone was very professional and punctual, they really know what they're doing and are good at what they do. I was really impressed by the facial bc I've had one in the past and it felt like it was no more effective at brightening my skin than washing my face at home and exfoliating. I can say that was not the case with this facial, when I came home the first thing my husband said was "wow". He could instantly tell a difference on my skin, a definite win!

Dr Lepard and Kay gave the office an amazing spa day for Christmas! The morning began with mimosas and fruit followed by an amazing massage with Tina and makeup application with Rana. The staff was delightful hostess! I would highly recommend the Renaissance European Spa!
